Pioneering Excellence in HPCL Rajasthan Refinery Project

ASIANIC ENGINEERING CORPORATION is proud to announce that we are on the brink of completing one of our prestigious and landmark projects with HPCL Rajasthan Refinery Limited (HRRL) at the Pachpadra site in Balotra, Rajasthan. Under the expert consultancy of Larsen and Toubro Limited, our team has been diligently working on the Above Ground Piping Fabrication Work for the PFCCU and DFCU units since January 2022 and October 2023, respectively. The successful completion of Refractory Spool Anchor Welding & Hydrotesting works marks a milestone in our 30-year legacy, as we continue to exceed expectations in the construction industry.

Our scope encompasses the entire piping fabrication and welding consumables, with a total project scope of 2,77,129.5-inch dia for PFCCU and 41,327-inch dia for DFCU, involving materials like CS, LTCS, P5, CS-NACE, CS-IBR, SS 316, SS 316L, SS 304, SS 304L, SS 304H, and P91. Our skilled workforce of 120 people comprising both supervisory staff and labourers has been working for the past two years to accomplish this. We employed welding methods such as FCAW, SAW, GTAW, and SMAW to ensure the highest standards of quality while ensuring and adhering to the safety standards inside the construction site.

We also completed the Refractory Spool Anchor Welding & Hydrotesting works in the Pachpadra site around the first week of September last year, which was a testament to our commitment to excellence and timely project execution. This milestone involved intricate welding of anchors to spools and blind flanges, temporary joints welding for hydro-testing, and comprehensive hydro-testing of spools, all carried out with the utmost precision and adherence to ASME codes and standards.
